Catering booking Policy

 1. Booking and deposit: To secure your catering booking, we require a deposit of 50% of the total estimated cost. This deposit is non-refundable and will be applied to your final bill. The remaining balance is due one week prior to your event date.

2. Menu selection: We require that you select your menu items at least two weeks prior to your event date. We will do our best to accommodate any changes to your menu selection up to one week prior to your event, but please note that last-minute changes may result in additional charges.

3. Guest count: We require that you provide us with an accurate guest count at least one week prior to your event date. We will prepare enough food for the number of guests specified in your contract. If your guest count increases after your final payment has been made, we will do our best to accommodate the additional guests, but please note that additional charges may apply.

4. Cancellation policy: If you need to cancel your catering booking, please notify us at least two weeks prior to your event date. If you cancel less than two weeks prior to your event date, you will be responsible for 50% of the total estimated cost.

5. Short notice bookings: If you require catering services within the same week, a 20% increase of the subtotal will be applied to your final bill. For bookings made less than 48 hours in advance, a 40% increase of the subtotal will be applied to your final bill.
